We currently offer shipping within India only. Unfortunately we do not ship Internationally at this time
Shipping Information
We at NPTECH know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition and on time. We use
large network of couriers to deliver your products as early as possible.
Depending upon the pin code, the product will be delivered within 5-7 days after it is dispatched from our
warehouse.
Charges: Prepaid – We charge a minimal fee of Rs. 49/- on order below 1999/- and Rs. 149/- on orders above 1999/-
Cash on delivery – Rs. 99/- on order below 1999/- and Rs. 149/- on orders above 1999/-
COD Orders: All COD orders are contacted by our customer service team for order confirmation.
Please note, two attempts will be made to confirm the order, if failed to answer the calls, the order will be
marked as cancelled.
In case, any prepaid order is lost in transit then the entire amount will be refunded.
Delivery: Our courier partner will contact you before delivering the product. In case you are not available, three
attempts will be made in order to deliver the package. Failing to receive/ attend to the calls made will result in your
order being returned to us
Liability: Our liability for your order ceases once we hand the package to our shipping partners. While we strive to
work with reliable shipping carriers, we cannot be held responsible for any delays, damages, or losses that may
occur during transit. If you have any claims or concerns about the delivery, you should direct your queries to the
respective shipping carrier.
Order Modifications and Address Changes: Once your order is shipped, we cannot modify or change the shipping
address. Please ensure that the shipping information provided during checkout is accurate and up to date to avoid
any delivery issues.
Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by
the customer, refusal of delivery, or multiple failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange for reship.
Additional shipping charges may apply in such cases.
